    Role: Co-Founder & Head of Growth / User Acquisition

    Our founder team includes veteran entrepreneurs that have raised millions in VC funding, and the project comes out of a startup impact incubator based in Barcelona and San Francisco. Other co-founders include a CEO, head of product, head of creators & partnerships, and a lead iOS engineer.

     

    Fully remote role with perks to travel to Barcelona for brainstorming and strategy sessions. Opportunity for the right person to make it in the cofounder team, right before the Seed round!

     

    The idea for Woopdo emerged from a couple of years of research on how to create something healthier for youth and the world. So far we've conducted extensive user discovery with over 100 documented interviews, MVP web-app launched and iOS app to be launched in next 1-2 months.

     

    What will you do as Head of Growth / Responsibilities:

    • Own the user acquisition and growth strategy - actively experiment to define, optimize, and automate growth channels
    • Create strategies to leverage social media channels to drive marketing, engagement, and user acquisition
    • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities in target markets using data
    • Manage other teammates – community outreach / curator / ambassador
    • Collaborate with the Creative team to develop effective campaigns
    • Create interactive dashboards for other co-founders to review marketing, content and growth performance
    • Collaborate with the Product team on improvements to increase user engagement
    • Promote a culture of learning and listening
    • Move fast! This is a growth role

    Compensation
    Part-time role during pre-seed with a minimum commitment of 10-15hrs a week (on top of your current job) in exchange for meaningful equity (between 0-4%) until funding is secured (estimated Q4 2022). After funding, 40hrs/week with a competitive salary (between $120,000-130,000) depending on experience.
